Pulp Friday: Gun Purge in Purgatory

This weeks pulp story is about an outlaw gang who has an unusual way of dealing with people who might interfere in their activity.  The Sheriff is out looking for the Brazos Teale gang while the very same gang is terrorizing the common folks in Purgatory.  They break all the guns the can find.  Literally, they smash them and make them inoperable.  However they seriously underestimate Peaceful Perkins who takes matters into his own hands to save the town from the outlaw’s depredations.  This story came from Street & Smith’s Wild West Weekly of 03 December 1938.
