Pulp Friday: Satan’s Sixgun Slaughterhouse

This week’s pulp story has one of the best titles I’ve seen in a while.  The action centers around a lawman’s attempt to put an end to some cattle rustling that has gotten out of control.  There is plenty of good cowpoke dialogue as this is not a gunfighter story as the name might suggest.  The story appeared in Two-Gun Western Novels Magazine (VOL3 #1) January 1942 and was written by T. K. Hawley.

Some plot hooks include an abandoned line shack used as a rustlers rendezvous point and a section of badlands and canyons that is very conducive to running cattle into Mexico.
